Quote laser cutting jobs in seconds, not spreadsheets.

Upload a STEP, DXF, or PDF drawing and LaserQuote prices it against your own machine rates, material catalog, and real inventory — for tube and flat laser cutting alike.

Sound familiar?

The problems eat into every quote before a customer ever sees it.

Quoting takes too long

A spreadsheet and a mental gauge chart, redone from scratch for every RFQ, while the customer waits.

Upload the file, get a price

STEP, DXF, or even a PDF drawing — LaserQuote reads the geometry and prices it against your own machine rates and material catalog in seconds.

Inventory lives in a different spreadsheet than your quotes

You quote a material without knowing if you actually have it, then find out you're short after the customer already said yes.

Inventory and quoting are the same system

Every quote checks real stock. Accepting a quote deducts material automatically, with a full transaction history — never a silent guess.

Last month's price sneaks into this month's quote

Material costs change. Reopening an old quote to check something shouldn't quietly reprice it against today's rates.

Saved quotes stay saved

A quote is a locked snapshot of the price you gave. Applying today's rates is a deliberate action, never something that happens by accident.

How it works

01

Upload the file

STEP or DXF for tube and flat parts — or a PDF drawing when that's all the customer sent. LaserQuote auto-detects the geometry.

02

Pick material & quantity

Choose from your own catalog, pre-loaded with real Steel, Stainless, and Aluminum grades. See live stock and pricing as you adjust.

03

Send it

Export a branded PDF or share a customer portal link they can view and accept online.

One connected system

Not a quoting tool bolted onto a spreadsheet for everything else.

A real material catalog, connected to real inventory

Every shop starts with Steel, Stainless, and Aluminum grades already loaded. Stock is tracked and connected to quoting — not a second spreadsheet.

Cost, price, and profit — kept separate

See your real material cost next to what the customer's charged, with margin always visible, never blended into one number.

Quote straight from a PDF

No CAD file? Drop in a PDF drawing and LaserQuote extracts the geometry and prices it like any other flat part.

One quote, every document

The part data flows through — nothing gets retyped along the way.

Questions? We've got answers.

How long does setup actually take?

Add your machine's hourly rate and cutting speed, and you're ready to quote — the material catalog (Steel, Stainless, Aluminum grades) is already loaded for you. Most shops send their first quote within the trial's first day.

Do I need CAD software to use it?

No. LaserQuote reads STEP and DXF files directly, and can quote straight from a PDF drawing when that's all you have.

What happens to a quote if I change my material costs later?

Nothing — saved quotes are locked to the price they were given at. If you want to bring an old quote up to current rates, there's an explicit Recalculate action. It never happens automatically just from opening the quote.

Does accepting a quote actually update my inventory?

Yes. Accepting a quote deducts the material it consumed from your tracked stock and records why in an inventory transaction log — reopening or canceling a job reverses it the same way, never by editing the original record.
